All orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Signature upon delivery required, no exceptions.
Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-10 business days.
We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
Arielle Mermin is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.


    Overseas import taxes

    Arielle Mermin is not liable for any import taxes that may apply to the delivery of your order.


    If you are not completely satisfied with your Arielle Mermin online purchase,  you may send it back to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days from the original purchase date. Items received outside of this period will not be accepted.


    • Please email prior to returning merchandise to receive a return authorization number.
    • All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with price tags intact.
    • Exchanges/Returns must be received within 14 days of the original ship date.
    • Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchanges/credits are processed.
    • We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of an error or damaged merchandise.
    • We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
    • Returns will be credited to the original credit card account used for purchase
    • Sale merchandise is Final Sale. SALE items cannot be returned for a refund or store credit but can be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. If you return a SALE item to us for a refund, we will be unable to process it and will have it shipped back to you at your own expense. Please note, we allow up to one exchange per item.


    • Email to receive an RA number
    • Securely pack merchandise and mark the return authorization number on outside of box
    • Please note the nature of the return or exchange on the invoice, i.e. did not fit, did not like, etc
